Since the course is a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are final once access has been granted — that includes downloading the PDF, opening the download link, or even just receiving the confirmation email
Why — digital products can't be "returned" the way physical ones can, so this protects the course content and keeps things fair for paying students
Before buying — customers are encouraged to read the full description and curriculum carefully, or ask questions first
One exception — if someone pays but never actually receives their course (e.g. no email within 24 hours), that's a delivery issue and you'll sort it out — that's the only case you'll investigate
Chargebacks — if someone disputes a payment after already getting full access, instead of contacting you first, they risk being blocked from future purchases
In short: no refunds after access, no exceptions — except if they genuinely never received the course at all.
