Course Access — Lifetime access after payment, for personal use only — can't be shared, resold, or redistributed
No Guaranteed Results — You don't promise any specific income or outcome. Results depend entirely on the student's own effort and execution. Testimonials are individual experiences, not typical results
Intellectual Property — All course content belongs to Kevmarketing. Nobody can copy, reproduce, or resell any part of it
Payment — Prices in ZAR and/or USD, full payment required before access is granted
Refunds — Points back to your Refund Policy — no refunds after access
Changes to the Course — You can update content over time, and existing students keep access to updates at no extra cost — this is good, it makes lifetime access feel more valuable
Limitation of Liability — You're not liable for any damages arising from someone using the course
Governing Law — South African law applies, no matter where the buyer is located — even your USA customers
